Administrative Duties
- Provide residents with requested forms and documents.
- Keep the workspace clean and well-organized, including the desk, and package storage area.
- Support residents by providing realtor access to their property for showings with prior authorization.
- Manage convenience/emergency keys for residents, ensuring proper disbursement and collection to allow guest or visitor access in the resident’s absence.
- Data Entry, accurately receiving, recording, and promptly relaying messages to the appropriate party(s).
Observations
- A pre-shift/post-shift walk-through of the building will be conducted to verify that all access points are properly secured.
- An incident report will be filed for any policy violations involving residents or guests.
- Security cameras will be monitored constantly throughout each shift
Packages
- The concierge will receive and record all incoming packages immediately.
- During shift changes, an audit of the package log will be conducted for accuracy and accountability.
- The concierge will notify residents of package arrivals via BuildingLink.
- The concierge will place packages in the package room, or in whatever designated area specified by the resident.
Amenities
- Check for community room reservations.
- Perform a pre-event/post-event inspection using the designated checklist.
- Accept payments and schedule community room reservations, ensuring to record the time, unit, and payment status via BuildingLink.
Move-In/Move-Out
- Schedule and document move reservations, noting the time, unit, payment status, and status of required reservation form.
- Verify Move-In/Move-Out reservations via BuildingLink.
- Will complete a pre-move inspection checklist before each scheduled move.
- Will complete a post-move inspection checklist after each scheduled move.
